Westcon strives to develop our people through training and career advancement. All key personnel go through a series of new employee orientation training sessions including contractor safety training. After becoming oriented into the Westcon team, our people have many opportunities to develop their careers through on-the-job training as well as project mentoring. Many of our people are trained, and work in various project capacities, and acquire a multitude of different roles and responsibilities. It is the goal of Westcon to advance our people through the company ranks by gaining the proper experience and training.
