Westcon began as a small, regional mechanical and maintenance specialty contractor in Bismarck, N.D., in 1981. Westcon maintained its competitive advantage and grew into a high-value, high-quality construction solutions provider. Westcon employs more than 750 people. Our project leadership is composed of project managers, construction field management, project superintendents, estimators, quality assurance/quality control leaders, procurement personnel, safety, health and environmental leaders; planners/schedulers, cost-control/project-reporting professionals, and project administration. Our craft resources include direct-hire, highly trained, multi-skilled workers with some scopes of supply hired as selective subcontractors.
